It is automatically beats and splits the coconut husks into fine coconut fiber and cocopeat. It is completed with roller press for coconut husks clawing and pressing, roller chain conveyor to transfer the coconut husks into coconut defibring machine, fiber screener to clean up the fiber and screw conveyors to transfer the cocopeat from the coconut defibring machine to cocopeat packing area.

This coconut machine scalps off the soft and brownish skin, or testa, of deshelled coconut kernel ( in pieces ). An operator is required to feed the pieces of deshelled coconut kernel into the machine during the paring process.

This range of machines are used to compress the fine ground copra flakes to obtain copra oil.  Some models have pressing and filtering mechanisms intergrated and also equipped with heaters to improve the output efficiency. It can also be used for oil extraction for jatropha, peanut, beans, rape seeds, cotton seeds, sesame seeds, olive, sunflower seeds, etc.

This coconut scrapper is used to scrap the coconut fruit ( cut into 2 halves ) to obtain fine desiccated coconut.
